For Gate Kept, I was brought on to lead the creation of their launch collection, guiding the brand from concept to market. Beginning at a foundational stage — prior to branding — I provided early consultancy on brand direction, supported the development of their identity, and then led the range strategy, colour palette and design direction. I delivered end-to-end design and development, including trend forecasting, tech packs, trims, fabric sourcing, fittings, and wear testing, while also sourcing and managing the factory through to bulk production. This project involved close collaboration with the founder at every stage, shaping both the product and the process to successfully bring the brand’s first collection to life.
