Amber Alexis is a womenswear label I founded in 2013 — an alter ego brought to life. As a self-proclaimed introvert, Amber became the braver, bolder version of myself: instinctive, layered, and unapologetically raw. The brand embodied a cool, earthy ease — grounded yet electric — inspired by music, travel, and an enduring fascination with 1970s punk culture. Rebellion, anti-conformism and a clash of masculine and feminine codes shaped the collections, with tartan becoming a recurring signature. During its early years, I led every facet of the label — branding, design, product development, art direction, website, marketing and social presence — building it from a personal creative outlet into a fully realised brand with a distinct point of view. Amber Alexis never chased trends; it beat to its own rhythm, offering wearable, accessible pieces infused with attitude and edge.
